1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using WhoDitched.me (the "service", "we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Service description
WhoDitched.me provides analytics on publicly available data from Instagram profiles and follower lists, and notifies you of new followers and unfollows. The service is read-only: we never access your account and never ask you for passwords. WhoDitched.me is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. Eligibility (age)
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the service. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Paid subscriptions are billed recurringly per period via our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your paid period.
5. Acceptable use
You may only analyze accounts you own, or public accounts in which you have a legitimate interest. You may not use the service for harassment, stalking, or any unlawful or harmful purpose.
6. Data quality, availability and disclaimer
Follower data is sourced from a third-party data source. We cannot guarantee that the data is at all times complete, accurate, up to date or available, and we do not guarantee any particular uptime. If our supplier or Instagram experiences downtime or limits access, the service may become temporarily unavailable. Such downtime does not entitle you to a refund or compensation, and your subscription continues as normal until you cancel it yourself. We continuously strive for 100% uptime and high quality of delivery.
7. Intellectual property
All content, code, design and trademarks related to the service belong to WhoDitched.me or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, WhoDitched.me is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from unavailable or inaccurate third-party data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner, for example via email or on the website.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service is provided from. Disputes will be sought resolved amicably. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
