1. Subscriptions billed in advance
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of your paid period, and are not charged further after cancellation.
3. Right of withdrawal and refunds
WhoDitched.me is a digital service delivered immediately. By purchasing, you give your express consent for the service to begin at once and acknowledge that any statutory right of withdrawal lapses once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by law. We offer a free check before purchase and bill monthly, so you only ever commit to one month at a time and can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Periods already started are not refunded unless required by applicable law. Business customers have no right of withdrawal. Downtime or outages at us, our supplier or Instagram do not entitle you to a refund or compensation, and your subscription continues until you cancel it yourself.
4. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with your account and a brief reason. We process the request as quickly as possible, normally within a reasonable timeframe.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed via the original payment provider and returned to the same payment method.
