Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of your paid period, and are not charged further after cancellation.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Just contact us at whoditched.me/kontakt and we'll take care of it. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment partner and Merchant of Record, and refunds follow Paddle's refund terms. You can also cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
4. How to request a refund
Contact us via whoditched.me/kontakt with your account and a brief reason. We process the request as quickly as possible, normally within a reasonable timeframe.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed via the original payment provider and returned to the same payment method.
